As family held company started in the mid 90’s as B&M Construction Company, MBS has been teaming with builders across southeastern Michigan for nearly 25 years.  We have been involved in all facets of the industry—GC, Self-perform, specialty, earthwork, and demolition contractors all of which has allowed us to better understand the challenges builders face with each and every project.  We know your needs because we have been there.

Our extensive expertise and understanding enables us to provide an intuitive approach to each project wherein we anticipate the PM and superintendent’s needs and see things before we need to be told.  We are your second set of eyes and hands when minutes count at the tail end of your completion schedule.

Our standard operating procedures, checklists, and documentation monitoring and controls are second to none in the industry.  It is what sets us apart.
